Job Title: Truss and Wall Panel Assembler

Department: Fortress Truss

Supervisor: Production Supervisor

Summary

The Truss and Wall Panel Assembler builds roof and floor trusses and or wall panels

according to engineered drawings while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assemble trusses using jigs, plates, and fastening tools.
  2. Read and follow truss drawings.
  3. Ensure quality and structural accuracy.
  4. Assemble wall panels using drawings and material lists.
  5. Install studs, plates, headers, and sheathing as required.

Qualifications

  1. Construction or manufacturing experience preferred.
  2. Framing or panelized construction experience preferred.
  3. Ability to read construction drawings.
  4. Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools.

Heavy lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.
