- 2-5+ years of experience installing metal wall panels, ACM panels, or architectural cladding systems
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and layout plans
- Experience with:
- Layout and alignment of panel systems
- Installing sub-framing, girts, and clips
- Waterproofing systems (flashing, sealants, weather barriers)
- Familiarity with tools such as drills, lasers, levels, shears, and lifts
- Understanding of tolerances, reveals, and panel spacing
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, boom/scissor lifts)
- Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Certifications & Safety
- OSHA 10 (required to begin work)
