SUMMARY

The project manager role is to track, schedule and manage 10 to 12 building projects and to provide design review support to other departments. This position will work closely with all departments of the company as well with our subcontractors and will be the face of Panel Built to the customers. Some travel will be required to better accommodate our customers.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Accurately track project cost, schedule, scope, quality, and design.

2. Develop and keep UpToDate financial tracking of projects.

3. Be able to review contracts and take essential information out to be used for bidding, designing, and project execution.

4. Maintain communication between project stakeholders (internal departments, subcontractors and customers) throughout the job process.

5. Provide support to Engineering with design/fabrication questions by being able to research and provide options. Typically, this includes research on different specifications and building codes.

6. Travels for pre-construction visits and post construction visits to work with the customers and be a representative of Panel Built.
