Responsibilities
  • Become the in-store expert on the Pandora brand, collections, promotions, and product knowledge.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting every customer promptly and creating a welcoming shopping experience.

  • Assist customers with selecting Pandora jewelry, as well as fine jewelry, watches, and gifts throughout the store.

  • Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.

  • Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.

  • Complete sales transactions accurately, including warranties, financing, and other required paperwork.

  • Maintain the security and proper use of the cash register and point-of-sale system.

  • Merchandise and replenish Pandora displays and other showroom showcases to brand standards.

  • Assist with inventory counts, receiving merchandise, and maintaining showroom presentation.

  • Perform minor watch repairs, such as battery replacements, when trained.

  • Work collaboratively with the store team to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Qualifications
