The Skinny Pancake | Assistant Manager | Latham, NY

Are you a handson leader who thrives in a fastpaced, peoplecentered environment? Do you love teaching, training, and working shouldertoshoulder with your team? Are you entrepreneurial by nature-someone who wants to help grow a business and share in its success? If so, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is energized by daily restaurant life-not office work. This role is for someone who wants to be on the floor, coaching staff, elevating hospitality, and helping build a thriving location from the ground up.
