Part of Carazo Enterprise SL - a premium cigar distribution company operating since 2012 across 5 international hubs (Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama, Costa Rica). We represent 30+ premium brands distributed across the EU, Latin America, and growing fast in the US market. We're expanding in Florida and looking for the right sales reps in the Gulf Coast who know the market, own the relationships, and are ready to grow them.

This is not a training role. We need someone who can walk into a cigar shop, shake the right hand, and close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and grow your territory across the Gulf Coast and the wider Florida market
  • Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month - cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers
  • Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management
  • Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store
  • Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity
  • Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience - physical products, face-to-face
  • Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods
  • Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
  • Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Based in or near Sarasota, Ft. Myers, or Naples FL
  • Comfortable working as an independent contractor with commission-based pay

Benefits

Your retainer is up to USD 1,500/month. Your commission is 15-20% on everything you sell. Top performers here earn well above the retainer - your territory, your results, your income.
