Palliative Care Medical Director Knoxville  37998

Healthcare leader in eastern TN, is recruiting a Palliative Care Medical Director to expand their existing program and over see the development and implementation of a new Seriously Ill Population program.  The director will grow the Palliative Care program with support from administration, hospital medicine team, specialists, advance practice providers and clinical team.  They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to establish and implement plans of care for inpatient and outpatient services.  They will supervise and mentor Palliative Care NPs and further innovate an already successful transitional care program with an area rescue ministry.  Fellowship training is preferred, but is not required with experience.  Comes with a competitive salary and production bonus and robust benefit package.
