Pallet Repair Technician

Join our team as a Pallet Repair Technician and build a valuable skill in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy working with their hands. No prior pallet repair experience is required — we provide training for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect incoming pallets and identify damage, defects, and repair needs
  • Repair and rebuild pallets using hand tools and power equipment
  • Replace damaged boards, reinforce weak areas, and restore pallets to safe, usable condition
  • Ensure repaired pallets meet company quality standards and customer requirements
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining excellent workmanship
  • Complete required paperwork and production records accurately
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Maintain and properly care for personal tools and required safety equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Support plant operations by completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors and management
