About This Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Foreman to lead and work alongside a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, team leadership, and installation of storage systems such as lockers, pallet racking, and shelving.


Bonus Opportunity

  • $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days 

Assignment Details

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (hours could vary)

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire 


Pre Employment Requirements

  • Drug Screen Required
  • Background Check Required
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Frequently lift and move materials up to 75 lbs.
  • Lead and coordinate a team in building and installing lockers, pallet racking, and shelving systems.
  • Ensure daily operations are completed safely, on time, and according to project requirements.
  • Operate power tools and forklift equipment (certification preferred).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding progress and issues.
  • Working in Warehouse and out on jobsites

Dress Code

  • Jeans are needed if they go to a jobsite — NO sagging pants/jeans
  • No tank tops
  • T-shirts 6” sleeves
  • Close toed shoes work boots/Steel-toed or Composite-Toed boots needed if they go to a jobsite recommended
Requirements:
  • Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a warehouse or construction environment. Minimum one year.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
    Forklift experience (certification a plus).  Sit-down yes and standup forklift or scissor lift preferred but if they are only have sit-down, they will train as long as the candidate is willing to learn.  Must be willing to train/learn.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Drive pickups or box truck
