Job Title:Â Installation Technician
Position Summary
The role of Installation Technician will mainly be specializing in the installation of warehouse racking systems. This role is primarily focused on structural steel and roll-formed pallet racking installations, mezzanine structures, modular offices, shelving, wire partitions, guard rail, and other solutions supporting projects across a variety of warehouse and distribution environments.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and experienced in working with hand and power tools in an industrial setting.

- Install warehouse racking systems including:Â
 - Selective pallet rackÂ
- Drive-in / drive-thru rackÂ
- Push-back rackÂ
- Pallet flow and case flow systemsÂ
- Pallet Shuttle Systems
- Mezzanine structures
- Modular Offices
- Shelving
- Wire Partitions
- Guard Rail
- Others
- Read and interpret layout drawings, blueprints, and installation plansÂ
- Assemble and anchor components to concrete floors per specificationsÂ
- Measure, level, and align systems to ensure structural accuracy and safety complianceÂ
- Operate power tools, lifts, and other installation equipment safelyÂ
- Work at heights using scissor lifts, boom lifts, and laddersÂ
- Maintain a clean and organized job siteÂ
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team membersÂ
- Identify and report field issues, damages, or discrepancies in materialsÂ
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and staging for installationÂ
- Drive company owned trucks, boxtrucks, and trailers

Preferred Experience
- Experience installing pallet racking or similar industrial systemsÂ
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and distribution operationsÂ
- Experience using aerial lifts (scissor lift, boom lift)Â
- Ability to read construction drawings and layout plansÂ
- Basic knowledge of anchoring systems and concrete fasteningÂ

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitudeÂ
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentÂ
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularlyÂ
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 30+ feet)Â
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sitesÂ
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyÂ
- Ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environmentsÂ

- Warehouse and distribution center settings (both indoor and outdoor)Â
- Exposure to varying temperatures and industrial conditionsÂ
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and climbingÂ
- Travel may be required depending on project locationÂ

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30Â
- Forklift certificationÂ
- Aerial lift certificationÂ
