Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Commercial Data Center Mover. In this role, you will support critical operations including the delivery, installation, decommissioning, and migration of data server racks. This is a hands-on position in fast-paced data center environments that requires attention to detail, disciplined execution, patience in complex tasks, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load, transport, secure, and unload server racks and equipment
  • Perform rack installations, decommissions, and migration services
  • Uncrate and re-crate servers and position racks within data centers
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and moving tools
  • Secure loads properly in trailers using straps and safety procedures
  • Maintain clean work areas, trailers, and loading docks
  • Follow all safety protocols and immediately report hazards
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and dispatch
  • Follow direction from the Rack Lead or Supervisor
  • Attend required training sessions
Requirements
