Shift Details: Tuesday-Friday, 5:30 am - 4 pm
Pay: $17/hour

Are you someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time? Do you enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced, supportive environment? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters � a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
  • Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
  • Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
  • Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
  • Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring
  • Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
