Job description

Warehouse Pallet Sorter

We are seeking reliable and hardworking pallet sorters to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position involves lifting, sorting, and inspecting pallets throughout the shift to determine if pallets are reusable or damaged. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting and working in a dusty warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lift, move, and stack wooden pallets throughout the shift
  • Inspect pallets for damage and determine if pallets are good or bad
  • Work in teams of two to safely handle pallets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move pallets weighing up to 65 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods
  • Able to work in a dusty warehouse environment
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Warehouse or pallet sorting experience is a plus, but not required
