Position Summary
The Warehouse Palletizer is responsible for evaluating, adjusting, and preparing completed customer pallets for shipment. This role ensures every pallet is stable, secure, and capable of withstanding warehouse handling and transportation while protecting the products it contains.
Together with the Warehouse Auditor, the Warehouse Palletizer shares one mission: every order leaves our warehouse accurate, secure, and ready to arrive exactly as our customer expects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect completed pallets for stability, weight distribution, and shipment readiness.
  • Adjust or re-stack pallets when necessary to improve stability and protect products during handling and transportation.
  • Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for loading and shipment.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Auditor to ensure every shipment is accurate, secure, and ready for delivery.
  • Understand and support the responsibilities of the Warehouse Auditor as operational needs require.
  • Identify pallet-building practices that may lead to product damage or unstable loads.
  • Coach warehouse associates on proper pallet-building techniques to reduce product damage and improve shipment quality.
  • Report recurring pallet quality issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Working Conditions
  • Climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.
  • Regular work in refrigerated and freezer areas.
  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Shift 2 (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or food distribution experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification required.
  • Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Strong understanding of pallet stability, weight distribution, and product protection.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
