Our client is a Texas-based company operating in the oil and gas sector. Their focus is on title research, mineral rights verification, and acquisitions of oil and gas properties. By leveraging legal expertise and advanced research methods, they ensure clear ownership and compliance in all property transactions.

Pavago is partnering with the client to expand their legal team by hiring experienced attorneys from Pakistan who are eager to apply their skills in the specialized field of US oil and gas law and receive training as Landmen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct title research for oil and gas properties in Texas, verifying mineral rights ownership.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret deeds, leases, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Support negotiations and acquisitions related to mineral rights.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of findings.
  • Work closely with the US-based team to align on research accuracy and project goals.
