What is a paintless dent repair technician?

A Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technician is a skilled professional who specializes in removing minor dents, dings, and hail damage from a vehicle's body without the need for traditional bodywork or repainting. They use specialized tools and techniques to gently massage the metal back to its original shape from behind the panel. This method preserves the vehicle's factory finish, is often faster than conventional repairs, and can be more cost-effective for minor damages.
