Aerospace Paint Technician

$25-$27+/hr | Redmond, WA | Contract-to-Hire

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday

Aerotek is hiring an Aerospace Paint Technician / Industrial Painter for a growing manufacturing company in Redmond, WA. This role involves precision painting, color matching, and spray gun operation on aerospace components and small parts.

Responsibilities
  • Apply paint and coatings to panels, lenses, and small components
  • Mix paints and match colors to exact specifications
  • Operate spray guns and paint sprayers
  • Sand, prepare, and finish surfaces before painting
  • Use photometers and inspection equipment to verify quality standards
  • Read blueprints and work instructions
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain quality records
  • Follow safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals
Qualifications
  • Experience with spray painting, paint finishing, or industrial painting
  • Ability to mix paint and perform color matching
  • Experience operating spray guns or paint sprayers
  • Strong attention to detail
