Job description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for applying paint products to a variety of surfaces.
• Preparing surfaces by washing, pressure washing, repairing drywall and similar surfaces as required.
• Preparing surfaces by covering and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
• Removing fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers to protect prior to painting.
• Masking, taping, cutting, rolling, spraying.
• Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes per project scope of work.
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Obtain/maintain tools and equipment as required on the company Mandatory Tool List.
• Take direction from your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma/GED. Strong attention to detail.
• 2-4 years previous experience painting residential, commercial, and/or industrial sites.
PREFERRED SKILLS
