Mitchell's Landscaping and More Provides Services including Lawn care, Spring/Fall Clean ups, Painting, Gutter Cleaning and Window Washing.

Job Description
  1. Creates and distributes advertizing materials around a specific geographical territory.
  2. Creates and distributes reminder letters and marketing materials to recurring customers.
  3. Posts Ads to social media sites on a weekly basis.
  4. Meets and or achives sales goals set by the company.
  5. Performs Estimates/Quotes for potential and current clients for all services.
  6. Writes invoices and job descriptions for all jobs.
  7. Answers and responds to phone calls & emails from prospective & current clients.
  8. Schedules laborers to jobs.
  9. Conducts phone surveys to clients of completed jobs.
  10. Maintains that all customer information is up to date.
  11. Periodically audits services to ensure profit is being made. Sets the pricing guidlines for all services.
  12. Performs trips to the home improvement store to purchase needed materials.
  13. Performs a weekly inventory on all equipment.
  14. Hires & Terminates Employees
  15. Performs Evaluations on Employees and shift supervisors.
  16. Assists in training new employees.
  17. Assists in cash control management and mainting the safe.
  18. Reponsible for the overseeing of daily paperwork completion.
  19. Any other jobs as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years old 
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Dependable Vechile, preferably a truck
  • Proficent use of the internet, MS Office & quickbooks.
  • Be available Weekday Afternoons & Evenings, and from 8am-6pm on weekends.
  • Must be of good character, friendly, and hardworking.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Good knowlege of the streets of the norfolk county area.
  • At least 1 years experience in Lawn care, painting, gutter cleaning, window washing, power washing, etc.
