What is a painting assistant?

Painting Assistants are professionals who support painters in preparing, maintaining, and completing painting projects. Their duties often include surface preparation, masking areas, mixing paints, setting up equipment, and cleaning up after jobs. What are some common challenges painting assistants face when working on larger projects, and how can they effectively address them?

Painting Assistants on large-scale projects often encounter challenges such as coordinating with multiple team members, managing time efficiently across different areas, and ensuring consistent paint application and quality.
