Alliance Painting has Immediate opportunities for high-end residential painters to work full time, year round. Our focus is residential projects in Dallas - Ft Worth. We paint Monday - Saturday.


Responsibilities:


  • Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
  • Inspects work for the highest quality
  • Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer's property
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Maintains company equipment per guidelines


Requirements - experience in the following:


  • Power washing
  • Masking
  • Cut-In walls and trim, creating a straight line
  • Painting exteriors (spraying)
  • Spraying cabinets & paneling
  • Staining, refinishing doors & cabinets
  • Replace & install exterior trim & siding


We have opening for the following positions:

  • Crew Leads
  • Spray men
  • Drywall repair / tape bed and texture
  • Painters
  • Helpers (no experience necessary)


Weekly Pay & Bonus potential
Pay Rate: $100-$200 per day (Based on experience)
