Job Summary:
Jenkins Collision Center of Ocala is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Painter Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Auto Painters in preparing and painting vehicles to our high standards of quality. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry, located in Ocala, Florida. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Auto Painters in all aspects of vehicle painting process, including sanding, priming, and final coating
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, masking, and taping off areas that do not require paint
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications
- Apply paint to vehicles using various techniques, such as sprayers, brushes, and rollers
- Assure that painted vehicles are of high quality and free of imperfections
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Assist with other duties as needed by the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in auto painting is a plus, but not required
