What are painter helpers?

Painter helpers are workers who assist painters by preparing surfaces, gathering and moving materials, setting up equipment, and cleaning up job sites. What are some common challenges faced by Painter Helpers on the job, and how can they be managed?

Painter Helpers often encounter challenges such as working in confined or elevated spaces, exposure to paint fumes, and managing physical tasks like sanding, taping, or carrying supplies. Being proactive in preparing surfaces and organizing materials can also help streamline workflow and minimize on-the-job issues.
