Production Specialist (Racking/Unracking – Day Shift)

Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in the metal finishing industry, and we work with customers that build a variety of products including rifle scopes, paintball guns and knives. Our work takes place at our newly remodeled facility in Tualatin, Oregon, where you’ll work on a four day/ten-hour schedule.

We are currently seeking a Racking Specialist to join our team. As a Racking Specialist, you will be responsible for the proper placement of small aluminum parts onto fixtures and the removal after processing. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. In this position you will initially focus on racking and un-racking parts, with the opportunity to advance by learning blasting and line operation roles down the road.

In This Role You’ll:

  • Rack and un-rack parts
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before racking
  • Ensure proper placement and alignment of parts when racking
  • Receive and stow inventory
  • Prepare and pack customer orders
  • Process and load orders for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus
  • Desire to be a team player, learn new skills and advance within our Company
