Job description

Training will be provided to those unfamiliar with paintball refereeing.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must have their own reliable transportation
  • Must pass a drug test
  • Must be friendly, outgoing and able to follow directions
  • Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours straight
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors
  • Must be able to handle warm and cool environments
  • Actively participate on a paintball field
  • Be outside rain or shine

White River Paintball offers competitive pay and part-time hours, primarily on the weekend. You’ll have a blast working with groups and individuals as you referee them throughout a day of paintball fun!
