The Opportunity:

You will serve as the primary face of our company, acting as the critical link between initial client contact and successful project execution. This high-impact role empowers you to drive revenue growth through accurate scope development while protecting project profitability. You will have the autonomy to manage your pipeline with the support of an operational team dedicated to your long-term career advancement.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients to accurately measure and assess painting project requirements.
  • Author detailed, highly accurate estimates and proposals utilizing specialized construction estimating software and technology platforms.
  • Partner with field production teams and project managers to ensure seamless transitions and clear handoffs from sales to execution.
  • Analyze project specifications, and complex bid documents to prepare competitive commercial project submissions.
  • Formulate and maintain systematic client follow-up routines to maximize proposal conversion rates and meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Cultivate long-term referral relationships with local homeowners, general contractors, and commercial property managers.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated competence in construction mathematics, precise physical measurements, and technical problem-solving.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional client presentations and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Proven organizational capability to manage multiple estimating deadlines and client priorities simultaneously under tight schedules.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 70% of working hours to perform on-site assessments throughout Sedona and the Verde Valley.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a driving history that allows for seamless company vehicle utilization.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous professional experience in painting, construction estimating, or related specialty contracting trades.
  • Practical working knowledge of residential and commercial painting substrates, coatings, and application methodologies.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural specification documents.
  • Experience utilizing digital estimating software or construction customer relationship management systems.
