We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented assistant painter to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area.
 SUMMARY
  • Full-time painting positions available starting: July 2026
  • Core schedule: M-F, up to 40 hours/wk based on project schedule
  • Hourly rate: $18+ based on experience with quarterly performance bonus
  • Service Area: On-site at client's home - Phoenix, Scottsdale, Southeast Valley
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Prepare, mask, and protect kitchen/bathroom cabinets and job sites
  • Sand, clean, and prep surfaces for professional spray finishes
  • Taping, sanding, minor repairs as needed
  • Apply coatings using spray equipment (training provided)
  • Ensure high-quality, factory-like finishes on cabinet doors and frames
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Follow Spray-Net system standards for consistent results
  • Exterior painting and refinishing work as we expand services

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Some experience in painting, construction, cabinetry, automotive painting, or similar finish work preferred

  • Reliable transportation to job sites across the Valley

COMPENSATION
  • Starting pay: $18+ per hour
