About the Role:
Perfect Coat Painting Corp is looking for a skilled Sprayer to join our growing team in Desert Hot Springs, CA! This is a hands-on role for a painting professional who takes pride in delivering flawless finishes and quality results on every project.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate airless and conventional spray equipment to apply paint, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming prior to application
  • Mix and thin paints and coatings to proper consistency for spray application
  • Inspect finished work to ensure smooth, even coverage and professional-quality results
  • Maintain and clean spray equipment, guns, and tools after each use
  • Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE, ventilation, and handling of hazardous materials
  • Collaborate with crew leads and other painters to meet project timelines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a sprayer or professional painter required
  • Proficiency with airless spray systems and related equipment
  • Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating materials
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including desert heat
