As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our multi-family community by ensuring apartments, common areas, and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Every day brings something new—from repairing drywall and preparing apartments for new residents to responding to maintenance requests and helping keep our community looking its best.

What You'll Do
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas
  • Prepare apartments for new residents, including:
    • Drywall repair
    • Painting and caulking
    • Carpet cleaning and minor repairs
  • Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergency service calls
  • Maintain the property's curb appeal through:
    • Trash removal
    • Light landscaping, including watering and weeding
    • Snow and ice removal during inclement weather
  • Help keep maintenance shops, storage areas, and shared spaces organized and clean
  • Occasionally assist with cleaning apartments and common areas
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager to prioritize and complete daily tasks
  • Use your own hand tools to perform assigned maintenance work

  • At least 1 year of general maintenance experience, including some combination of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or painting
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
