Job description

Summary:
The Finisher is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing cabinets to achieve high-quality, durable, and visually consistent results.
Hours: Tuesday - Friday 6am - 4:30pm
Pay: $24 - $25 / hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections
  • Apply primers, paints, stains, and sealers using spray equipment or hand tools
  • Match colors, stains, and finishes to specifications or customer requirements
  • Inspect surfaces between coats and perform touch-ups as needed
  • Maintain spray booths, tools, and finishing equipment
  • Follow proper drying, curing, and handling procedures
  • Follow safety guidelines for handling chemicals, paints, and equipment
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or
  • Cabinetry painting experience
  • Industrial spray finishing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $24 - $25 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
