Job Description

Wanted: Experienced Parking Lot Striping Foreman with proven experience in parking lot striping, pavement markings, and crew leadership. Must be a self-starter, self-directed, and quality-driven operator. We are not looking to teach you how to stripe, you must already know how to run a crew, lay out jobs, and execute clean, accurate work.

If you have a proven track record in striping and can lead a crew to deliver high-quality results, we have an opportunity for you with steady work and room to grow.


Job Responsibilities

Striping Operations

  • Lead and manage parking lot striping crews
  • Perform layout and striping for parking lots
  • Apply traffic paint, ADA markings, fire lanes, and stencils
  • Re-stripe sealcoated lots and existing layouts
  • Ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, and line quality
  • Operate striping machines and related equipment
  • Maintain and clean equipment

Project Execution

  • Coordinate with project managers on job scope and schedule
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
  • Track materials and job progress
  • Communicate with crew and management Safety
  • Follow and enforce jobsite safety requirements
  • Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of striping experience
  • Experience as a Striping Foreman or Crew Lead
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to lead a crew and hold accountability
  • Strong understanding of striping layout and ADA requirements
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends when required
