What is paint protection?

Paint protection refers to various products and techniques used to safeguard a vehicle's paint from damage caused by environmental factors such as UV rays, road debris, bird droppings, and minor scratches. Common paint protection methods include clear paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and sealants. Job description

Considering a career with Ken Garff Automotive Group means you are in for a great ride (excuse the car metaphor)! We're not your standard dealership or group of dealerships and we are pretty darn proud of that. We are out to do things differently and want to consistently change, grow, and progress. For that reason, our employees are proud of where they work!
Audi Lehi, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer that aligns with our core values and acts with Respect, Integrity, Growth, Humility and Teamwork.
Looking for:
• Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
• Resourceful and seeks a high level of technical expertise

• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and technical resources a plus
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Why you'll love working with us:
• Competitive compensation package and 401k with company match
• Wellness Time Off, plus holidays, plus a Personal Purpose Day
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance, AD&D and Life Insurance
• Flex Spending, Health Savings Account, EAP, Wellness Plan, Mental Health Support,

• Employee discounts on vehicle purchase, parts, service and more!
What you'll do as a PPF Installer:
• Install paint protection film (PPF) with precision to ensure a clean, high-quality finish.
• Prepare and detail vehicle surfaces so the film applies smoothly and looks seamless.
• Use proper techniques and tools for custom fits.
• Inspect completed installs to confirm durability, alignment, and overall appearance.
• Maintain an organized workspace, follow safety procedures, and support team members when needed.
At first glance, there's nothing remarkable at Ken Garff. Our uniforms aren't flashy, and our buildings look a lot like the competition. You may not see it right at first, but if you listen, you'll hear. Because listening isn't just something we do; it's part of who we are. It's how we show that what we absolutely value the most (far more than buildings, uniforms or cars) is our people. And we thrive on treating them right. We listen because we believe listening matters. We're just different that way. Will you join Ken Garff Ferrari as a new PPF Installer?
