Position Overview
The Senior Paint Protection Film Installer is responsible for executing high-quality PPF installations with precision and efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing Automotive Elegance in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve paint protection film kits from the AE Production Center or cut kit from DAP program and verify order accuracy prior to departure.
  • Travel to assigned job sites in a timely and professional manner.
  • Properly prepare vehicles for installation, including washing and clay bar treatment of painted surfaces.
  • Perform expert-level installation of paint protection film (including XPEL products) with precision and care.
  • Complete both bulk and custom PPF installations to company quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough post-installation quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Communicate job completion details with clients and update project status through AE office systems/software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at each job site.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paint protection film installation, window tinting, or vinyl wrapping.
  • Proven ability to perform both bulk and fully customized installations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job locations.
  • Comfortable and competent driving high-end and luxury vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
