What does a paint project manager do?

A Paint Project Manager oversees painting projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Their responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing teams of painters, ordering materials, and ensuring safety compliance. They also handle project scheduling, resolve any issues that arise during the project, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
