Job Description:
This role supports a local company with their Mail Room Supervisor needs.


Key responsibilities include:
Supports and assists Manager, Administrative Services in all aspects of the departmental, operational, project and development concerns.
Work in tandem with Jersey City and New York to ensure mail services business continuity workflow is in place and ready for activation.
Supervise all mail services including shipping & receiving, adverse action letters and special projects.
Maintain all copiers and copy areas in the Greensboro location
Submit vendor invoices to Accounts Payable pertaining to local admin Services needs.
Oversee receptionist and their duties including receiving guests in an appropriate manner, providing access cards, parking information, ticket distribution and superior customer experience.
Oversee training room activities, including room reconfiguration, food setup and all other requests
