The Industrial Paint Lead oversees a medium-sized team (6-15 members) responsible for delivering high-quality industrial painting projects. This role involves daily supervision to ensure team productivity, weekly planning to align with project goals, and managing custom, routine, and large-scale painting operations. The lead enforces safety standards, maintains equipment, and coordinates schedules for optimal workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of 6-15 painters daily
  • Inspect quality of painting work on routine maintenance, custom projects, and large-scale productions
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance on all job sites
  • Maintain painting equipment and coordinate repairs
  • Manage material handling and inventory for projects
  • Provide training to team members to uphold standards
  • Develop and adjust work schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Prepare regular progress and performance reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial painting
