Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating commercial painting projects, from small businesses to large-scale commercial properties. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
  • Conducting site visits to assess the scope of work, existing conditions, and any potential challenges.
  • Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  • Preparing comprehensive and detailed estimates, proposals, and bid packages.
  • Negotiating and closing contracts while maintaining profitability and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Painting Contractor Estimator or similar role in the construction or painting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
