About the Role


The Paint Production Manager oversees 6-10 residential painting projects per week - managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring flawless execution from prep to final walkthrough.


You'll be the driving force that keeps operations running smoothly - ensuring every project is completedon time, on budget, and up to our premium quality standards.


This isn't a desk job - it's a field leadership role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, and visible results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily production schedules and crew assignments across multiple ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all prep, painting, and cleanup work meets Alliance Painting's Peace of Mind Paint Plan standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with homeowners and project consultants throughout the job lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure they meet timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Conduct pre-job walkthroughs, in-progress inspections, and final quality checks.
  • Track project progress, materials, and budgets within our CRM and scheduling tools.
  • Resolve field challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining a calm, professional approach.

  • Tech-savvy with scheduling or CRM software (we'll train you on ours).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
