We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Paint Prepper to join our team at our reputable autobody shop. As a Paint Prepper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the vehicles leaving our facility are finished to a high standard of quality. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare vehicles for the painting process by washing, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Collaborate with painters to ensure vehicles are ready for painting and assist in the mixing of paint.
- Conduct initial inspections and ensure that surfaces are properly prepped for paint application.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and materials are used safely and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
