Job Description

  • Assists with technical tasks in trades, including plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring and roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
  • Assists with installing fixtures, including windows, roofing, floorings, trim, tile, ceiling, hardware, HVAC, and Switchbox.
  • Assists with framing tasks, including wood/metal, drywall, fiberglass reinforced plastic, and T-Bar.
  • Operates and maintains tools and equipment, including but not limited to drills, saws, nail guns, hammers, and shovels.
  • Responsible for handling tasks involving physical labor, as needed.
  • Travels to work sites in their vehicle to complete required tasks and projects. Projects may need a response to 24/7 emergency coverage.
  • Maintains a clean job site to eliminate possible hazards.
  • Ensures proper safety rules, regulations, and incident reporting are followed.
  • Organizes building material; loads and unloads trucks.
  • Responsible for assisting workers on Service & Maintenance assignments.
  • Reads instructions, specifications, or plans to determine work activities.
  • Responsible for working safely, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program for self-protection and protection of co-workers, sub-contractors, the public, and the client by supporting all Company safety efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of general trades: plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring and roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess tools required to perform job functions.
