What You'll Do 

  • Help homeowners and contractors choose the right paint and supplies  
  • Mix and tint paint accurately  
  • Recommend products based on project needs  
  • Keep the department organized, stocked, and inviting

Requirements

  • Knows paint products, finishes, and applications  
  • Is accurate, organized, and detail-oriented

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of paint sales or paint department experience  
  • Experience with paint mixing and tinting systems

  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications  
  • Valid driver's license  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  
  • Weekend availability required
