In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, managing painting projects, and developing new business. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering certainty to our clients, so we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a strong work ethic. Residential Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open appointment availability for potential customers and achieving sales goals
  • Build customer relationships by focusing on implementing CertaPro Painters proven processes
  • Collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and building customers for life
  • Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers to provide customized proposals, both on site and remotely
  • Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
  • Promote our brand through community events and marketing tactics
  • Attend regional or national training conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Prepare weekly analysis of results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with coach

Residential Painting Sales Associate Qualifications
