Position summary:
This position plays a key role in ensuring that employees on job sites have the materials to complete the projects. - Drives company truck safely, according to all laws, and with courtesy for other drivers.
- Delivers equipment and supplies to jobsites in a timely manner to ensure work is not stopped.
- Using pick lists loads trucks with product for delivery utilizing forklift, crane or team (training available).
- On occasion may be tasked with picking up supplies or fuel for field employees as needed.
- Performs general shop maintenance and puts away equipment in an organized manner.
- Performs general vehicle maintenance.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Inspect all orders prior to delivery.
- Hours may vary based on business need and location of delivery.
- Continuously works in a manner to ensure safety of self and others.
- All other duties as assigned.
