Job description

Our Company is the leading residential painting contractor in the Kingwood, Texas area - and our business is growing.
We are seeking experienced painters for our projects in Humble and surrounding areas. Our customers expect the best from us, so we expect the best from our painters and subcontractors.
We specialize in residential exterior and interior repainting of homes and commercial properties.
We offer competitive pay by the job. Our goal is to provide you with all the work you can handle.
Requirements
  • Read and speak English
  • Experience working as a subcontractor
  • Residential and commercial repaint - interior and exterior, brush, roll, spray
  • Refinish cabinets, front doors, and decks
  • Interior and exterior carpentry (replace rotted trim, siding and doors, crown moulding and baseboards)
  • Sheetrock repair (hang. float and tape, texture)

Other Requirements
  • Pass our criminal background check
  • Pictures of your previous projects
  • Provide 3 local references (we must be able to contact at least 3 references by phone)
  • Clean, reliable work vehicle without advertising
  • General liability (GL) insurance
  • Standard tools in good condition
    • Brushes and rollers and extensions
    • Ladders
    • Airless rig
    • Pressure washer (3,700 psi minimum)
    • Carpentry tools (hand tools and power tools)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
