If yes, you’ll thrive here. You’ll assist across departments, including unloading the laser (breaking parts out of the laser-cut sheets), hanging/unhanging parts on the paint line, assembling to spec, helping operators, and preparing shipments.

What you’ll do Safety
  • Follow safety rules and model our core values.
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly.
  • Watch machine/tool performance and report issues promptly.
Quality
  • Match materials, sizes, and parts to work orders/job tickets.
  • Ensure parts/surfaces are defect-free and meet standards.
  • Self-inspect and escalate unusual or defective conditions.
  • Complete required documentation accurately.
Delivery
  • Hang and unhang moving parts on the paint line.
  • Build sub-assemblies per instructions.
  • Assist with loading/unloading for machine operators.
  • Pack and crate according to shipping guidance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Be punctual and prepared for each shift.
What you need
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with computerized manufacturing systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Overhead crane operation experience.
