Job description

Looking for a helper or career painter: Duties, going on roofs, scaffolding, and ladders regularly, end of day cleanup, carrying heavy objects, interior and exterior painting. Must have transportation and communication. We paint everything from large custom homes to small cottages, inside and out. After 90 days we will consider health benefits etc. We really work as a "crew" all of us here are friends and take care of each other. We are a growing company looking to secure top end people to work with us and to establish a long working career with you. I give cash bonuses for good work and high work (2 to 3 stories) regularly. After 3 years you will be considered for a company vehicle as well. We rarely go over 2 stories, if we do there are bonuses for doing so. Basically show up at the right place, at the right time, and work. You have the opportunity to make top dollar here. Your pay is dependent upon you! We don't mind giving raises for awesome people!

We are a smaller Painting company that serves Leelanau, Grand Traverse, and Antrim counties. We paint inside and out, everything from large custom homes to small cabins.
