These roles are often designed for candidates starting new careers or joining specific industries, such as technology, sales, or skilled trades. The employer typically covers moving expenses or offers a relocation package, making it easier to transition to the new job. This type of opportunity is ideal for individuals who are willing to move for a career change or advancement while receiving necessary training and support.
