Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager and Food and beverage maanger to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the particularly in Full Service / Upscale, Fine Dining and Scratch cooking background, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire staff, manage budgets, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
  • Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staffing and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Coordinate banquet services and manage bar operations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
  • Address customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry. (FULL SERVICE, UPSCALE, FINE DINING)
  • Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of menu development and food presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability in training development and team building to enhance staff performance.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and their application in daily operations.
