Crust is now hiring experienced servers & trainers with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. LUNCH & WEEKEND availability is a plus!

Restaurant Server Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and sitting guests promptly
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
  • Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
  • Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
  • Assisting with the cleaning of tables, clearing plates and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant while following sanitation procedures
  • Promptly greet guests, take orders, and accurately enter information into our POS system

Restaurant Server Skills

  • 1+ years’ Server experience preferred
  • Wine knowledge preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Having a good sense of urgency is required
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Valid Fayette County Food Handler's Card
  • Valid STAR certification in Kentucky
