Companies hire paid testers to identify bugs, user experience issues, and areas for improvement before releasing their products to the public. Paid testing can be done remotely or onsite and may involve tasks such as completing specific scenarios, reporting errors, and answering surveys. This role helps businesses ensure their offerings meet quality standards and user expectations.

Expect a mix of independent work and team meetings, especially during key development phases or release cycles.
