What is a paid tech apprenticeship?

A paid tech apprenticeship is a structured training program that allows individuals to learn technical skills while working and earning a salary. Apprentices gain hands-on experience in areas like software development, IT support, or cybersecurity under the guidance of experienced professionals. These programs typically combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction, making them ideal for people who want to transition into tech careers without a traditional degree. Apprenticeships can last several months to a couple of years, and often lead to full-time employment upon completion.
